We all know the importance and benefits of multitasking. Through multitasking, you become able to accomplish more than just one task at a time. Doing various tasks at a time helps you save a lot of time and energy and your tasks are completed even more quickly.  A lot of people find it hard to focus on more than just one task at a time and they work in a highly fast paced environment which requires them to get involved in more than just one task at a time. In such environments, people have to have the skills of multitasking so that they can do more in less time and save much time for themselves. Multitasking is not easy because it requires you to pay attention to more than one task at the same time. Your attention and focus get divided. Though, there are different ways through which you can enhance this skill.

A steady level of expectations is a key to a good client relationship. Prior to an agreement, there are a few matters that need to be discussed with clients. In the beginning, before taking on the client’s business, ask them what they expected from your service and what they need. Then explain to your client that to what extent you can fulfill their needs. A good policy is to investigate the client’s need by asking simple questions that how do they want their project to be done e.g. if you are a hair stylist you will ask your customers that what they want unless you have a big name “best hairstylist” and renowned personality and reputation for doing what you want to do with no questions asked. 

Customers will appreciate you more if you ask them first about what they want. Make a list of your client’s needs and wants as well as take care of their peculiar taste. Your client probably had had an experience with services providing company then probe from your client experiences and learn from what they want and what they don’t want. A professional always shows interest in the client’s work and are ambitious to do their work as their own. Listen! Always listen to your customer that what they need and expect from you.

Treat your customer well; even it’s at work or by giving them importance. The client trusts you. 1) Set prices

The first step the owner of a landscape business has to take is to set the prices. There should be a baseline price. Wherever you go, whichever company you visit, there is always a base price for everything. For example, the car-hailing companies these days charge per km and per minute but every type of hailing service has a base rate which applies to every ride no matter how short or long it is. This means that the customers have to pay this price and it is compulsory. The same should be done in a landscape business. The owners should set a base price for all the services. The actual prices can always vary. For example, the lawn cleaning should be charged minimum this much or should be charged this much per feet. This will allow the owners to decide prices for services easily.

2) Estimates

The owners need to understand the importance of estimates in a services business. Most of the services businesses out there offer services at different prices. There is no fixed price for anything and the prices can vary according to the size of the lawn, the difficulty level so on and so forth. The customs will always ask you to give them an estimate. They won't just simply sign a contract with you or ask you to help them. They will first ask you to prepare an estimate for them and give them a rough idea of all the costs that will be included. For this, you should first prepare a list of all the costs including the materials and labor and add a markup to it. The markup will be your profit and you'll be charging the services fee as well.

Think about the flaws that have been pointed out by your customers, accept the mistakes and errors and work on them to avoid all this in the future.

The focus is very important for a business and an entrepreneur needs to stay focused to achieve the goals. A great entrepreneur needs to stay focused, away from all the distractions.
